Welcome to Kristen B Lloyd-Morales Holdings/Corporation. Venture capitalists for start up restaurants/clubs/ real estate ventures specializing in PRE-IPO companies in exchange for ownership equity or convertible debt. I have had the fortune to have this company expand along with 10 LLC's to 28 employees in 5 locations in the U.S. and Europe. I started in 2017 forming a small holdings company to purchase real estate and other business assets with a separate LLC for each entity. I continue to build my portfolio on both coasts and love to form partnerships with new endeavors mainly in very early start-ups  and business’s with investment opportunities in the United States and Globally.
